I'm Debbie Rhodenizer with Linwood Homes. Linwood has been involved in the custom home building business for more than 45 years. We have a network of independent builders who may be able to help you with your project.
I've been working with builders and contractors for a long time. Once I have a better idea of the type of design and the timing of your project, I can match your needs with an available builder who has built Linwood homes in the past. You, of course, will make your own enquiries about that builder and be satisfied with him before you enter into any contract.
My approach is to treat each project as if it were my own home being built. I am here to help you get you headed in the right direction.

I worked closely with Linwood Sales and Design Consultant Debbie Rhodenizer who worked with me to ring my vision to life for our custom post and beam home. We wanted to incorporate a two-floor elevator into the plans of our 2-storey home for easy accessibility in later years. Debbie embraced this idea and made it happen for us.
She taught us that it's important to plan ahead when building your dream home and have the ability to design features into this special place that allow for easy access. Not only is this feature valuable to us, but since so much activity also happens on the lower level gathering room of our home, it's appreciated by guests who have difficulty with stairs. It's also a great way to get heavier items from one storey to another.
